A notary public is a public official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.


Yes, Monica B Mobile Notary is insured for errors and omissions to protect our clients in case of any mistakes or errors during the notarization process.


A valid government issued Photo ID is acceptable. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc…  DMV Extension Receipts, Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, and other documentation without a photo cannot be accepted.


I can still notarize it! You will  need 2 Credible Witnesses with valid ID that can confirm they personally know you and you are the person named on the document.


Yes, Two witnesses will need to be present at the signing if the person is being notarized using a "signature by mark', or using the letter "X."

Methods of Payment

  • Methods of Payment include debit and credit cards, checks, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. 
  • Payment can be taken in person, over the phone, or with card information only (no physical card required). 
  • Upon payment, a receipt and/or invoice can be provided either via email or in written form.
